1. Program Description Illinois Housing Assistance (ILHAP) provides recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to homeowners who request property checklists or housing offers. This includes follow-ups on property status and scheduling.

2. User Consent & Opt-In By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from ILHAP. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency and Rates Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

4. Opt-Out and Help

• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message.

• For assistance, reply HELP or email info@ilhap.org.

5. Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By opting in, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

6. Carrier Liability Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
